Workshop "Strategic Planning"

Tirana, 17 - 18 December 2014

Agency for the support of Civil Society (ASCS) in cooperation with AssistIMPACT through a project funded by USAID Albania, organized on 17 and 18 December 2014, a workshop regarding ASCS strategic plan for the future.

This workshop was held under the guidance of an expert of the field, Mr. Christopher J. Varady, with the participation of the Executive Director of ASCS Mr. Andi Kananaj and the staff, as well.

The two-day workshop aimed at aligning the ASCS’ strategy with the government strategy, that of EU and the definition of civil society development trends in Albania, as well. This workshop addressed ASCS mission, where besides the financial support, the agency should also provide technical assistance, to help civil society in its initiatives for the community.
