ASCS closed successfully the training cycle for its staff "On the development of Project Proposals" for IPA Programs and other Donors

Tirana, 3, 4 and 5 March 2015

The Agency for the Support of the Civil Society completed successfully the training cycle for building the capacities of its staff, concerning the drafting of proposals for IPA Program and other donors operating in the country, organized in cooperation with USAID Albania, through a project applied by AssistIMPCT, on 3, 4 and 5 March 2015.

This training was the follow up of the two-day workshop that ASCS had developed on 17 and 18 December 2014, on the drafting of Agency’s Strategy 2015-2020, headed by the relevant expert Mr.Christopher J. Varady.

In this training, the staff of ASCS got some knowledge on all the stages and techniques used for the development of project proposals, which were presented and explained by the relevant expert, Mr. Christopher J. Varady and there were also raised a number of questions about different parts of the proposal like log frame, budget drafting etc.

During the training, there were also organized some group work where the participants practiced all their knowledge and at the same time clarified and overcame all the difficulties they encountered during their work.

Finally, the staff of the Agency together with the representatives of AssistIMPCT thanked USAID Albania and the trainer for the knowledge and technical assistance provided during the training and expressed that such trainings are always needed.
